eoconv software package provides convert text files between various Esperanto encodings, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install eoconv
eoconv is installed in your system.
Make ensure the eoconv package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep eoconv *
You will get with eoconv package name, version, architecture and description in a table
